These are our commitments to you and just some of the reasons we believe you will love using us as your agent.
01.
TRANSPARENT FEES
We will always tell you the rate you will get paid up front. We don't play games to try and beef up our margin at the expense of your sweat. We will also try and get the best rates we can for you, and then make sure any bump gets passed on to you as soon as it's in effect.
We also pay you the identical rate as other contractors we have at your level offshore. There is no preferred rate or disparity in our payment terms with you and your working colleagues.

SAFE AND RELIABLE
We are rock solid. Your payments are guaranteed by third party factoring services, our energy division is part of a larger family. We have physical offices in the heart of London with a team of people who have been doing this for a long time. We want you to get paid as soon as possible. We want you to know we are there for you. We want you to feel great about working with us. If there's something missing, you let us know.
03.
YOUR WELFARE
To keep happy on a ship you need good food, clean and quiet cabins, reliable and accessible communications home, a safe working environment and regular rotations. We stand up for these and with a team of veteran offshore workers who advise us regularly, we constantly review the standards you should expect. We have regular discussions with the clients to try and ensure you get the best experience possible. While many agents may not have the courage to say these kinds of things, we see it as our duty both for the clients and you.

YOU EARN IT YOU GET IT
If we bill a full travel day, you get paid a full travel day. If clients try and cut corners we will always try and stop it happening. And then we'll be up front with you about that discussion. After all, you are the one doing the work.
05.
KEEPING YOU ON THE STRAIGHT & NARROW
It's hard enough to go out there and do the job. To then come home and have to handle a hundred different admin tasks, from taxes and insurances to visas, certificates and vaccinations, it can be brutal. We will take as much of it as we can off your chest, work to keep you covered; and then signpost you to other services that can help you out with the rest.

Stuck in Luanda and the Client didn't show up?
Knowing your agent is there for you when the client's logistics failed to turn up, when you have a crisis at home, when you have a problem and need someone to have your back. Reach out. This is a critical part of our job. We are supporting a team of high functioning workers around the world in often difficult conditions. Knowing you can count on us is the least we can do to give you peace of mind.
